I'm just wondering about Bloodsail

You'll still need to grind the same rep on each alt if you want vendor unlocks / gear / quest progression. The change only makes Exalted / Beloved / Esteemed easier.... and that's it.I genuinely can't tell if Hazzikostas et al are ignoring player concerns / complaints or if there has been some systematic breakdown in the way they test and implement. So many issues and nothing (relevant) being done. There aren't any rep issues since Legion, unless you think you deserve to get everything unlocked without having to do anything.Seriously, I have several 120s and they're honored or revered with all the factions just from levelling up, doing WQs, daily emissary, that sort of stuff. None of them have even 48 hours /played at level 120, nor have I been grinding WQs with them either. The only rep-related issue in BfA are the +15 item levels to the Heart of Azeroth with each Champions of Azeroth reputation level, but they're addressing that issue."Your masochism is not shared by everyone else. Maybe you like playing the mmo equivalent of a hamster wheel but the rest of us do not.
I'm sorry to ask this question, but I was wondering if someone could clarify for me. I have a character (Char1) I played in Mists that has The Black Prince at exalted, but my current main (char2) that I made during legion is only friendly. Would that mean that Char2 would get the Black Prince rep from Char1?Thanks in advance.
As far as I understand, no. You will not get reputation from one character to another, but you will be able to buy reputation-related things as both characters, because one of them has exalted.
But what about allied races? If I have exalted with The Nightfallen as alliance character on one server, will I be able to unlock them as a horde character on another server, who doesn't have exalted with them?EDIT: Funny, just found out that I can. Awesome.
Forgive my ignorance, but does this mean that if I purchase the Sha'tari Defender's Plate pieces on my hunter (who is almost exalted with them) that my paladin can wear it?
Couldn't quite ascertain from the post, but I am thinking the answer to this is no based on the information given - can alts purchase the recipes or gear that require a certain rep level if you hit exalted on another or do you still need to grind rep to get those? That might be too nice of them...would love it though.
As an alliance player, my luck in BGs isn't usually good, so just to be sure, for the achi, if I get the reps from the old bgs of the horde, they get counted too for the achi? Because those are the ones that are a pain in the neck for me
Remember when Tabards could be worn and allowed you to grind rep just by doing whatever you wanted. I remember.
Is there a tracking tool to see which reps a specific toon would qualify for / need to get in order to reach 100? Stuck at 93 currently, did some horde reps thinking they would help, turns out they were mirrors of alliance reps already done (Thrallmar / Honor Hold for example).
This is so pointless since it only effects the Achievment. If im trying to grind rep for that then ill just do it all on my main, but im still going to have to grind the rep on my alts to get the benefits from that rep... just having it shared on the achievement only was a huge waste of developer time that could have been added to having more content or fixing the other dumb #$%^ like getting rid of the floating furniture and signs Tristfall Glades and Theramore, or fixing the flight paths in Dreanor to stop going threw building, mountains and undergroundYou guys are all stupid for thinking this is a good idea, what they did with this change can all be done on 1 character alot easier, cuz on your alts you still have to lvl and grind the rep up to where you had it on your main, you gain rep as you play the game, so for example you do all the Vuldun quests on your main but didnt get to exalted, and you make an and grind the Vuldun rep on your alt well you STILL had to do all the quests anyways so why not just continue it on your main? Example 2, so you were lazy and boosted you toon so you missed the old rep but you can go back and one shot everythung making it faster and easier but still on your main that you did the content with so you already have a head start and may aswell finish it on your mainSeriously rep is a pain in the ass to grind so i dont want to do it on my alts either, but if i want my alts to benefit from the rep i STILL have to grind it on them
I agree Ruby133, although it is not a waste to have rep account bound as my alt rogue is working on Ravenholdt and has all the goblins at exalted for the insane chiev, so they will count for the 100 chiev, and my main who has all the other reps wont have to grind all these out again. My rogue is doing those reps because there was added rep gain although minor to ravenholdt via the Fangs of The Father Legendary questline. But I do agree that the opportunity to unlock reps on alts for everything vendor related was a missed opportunity, afterall as long as one character has earnt the reputation there is no cheating in an alt getting access to the vendors without also grinding the rep. I have enough toons to cover all the professions for the profession achievments and a multitude of others, "insane in the membrane" is as stupid as I want to get without grinding every rep on every alt just to access the vendors of those reps. Seriously what is so bad about unlocking them for alts? I have used my main since I started playing in early 2007, it is still my main despite all the changes and it does all the hard work required from each expansion, I just leave minor achievements to go back to work on at the end of expansions so I'm always busy with something. Why do I need to do it on every single alt besides levelling them and their professions?
