I like this, but this only proves once more that the writers for BFA have no idea where they're going with the Forsaken. One minute a risen forsaken keeps his consciousness intact and rebels against Sylvanas, another a risen forsaken forgets all about honor and decides "f*ck it might as well kill every living thing in sight."EDIT : Also, I'm tired of Sylvanas being evil. She had never been portrayed that way before BFA, no matter how many times Blizzard says she has. She was depicted as ruthless, overprotective of her people, and ready to do anything to protect her people, no matter the consequences. But now she's being pointlessly evil, to the point where it's become predictable and cartoonish. Honestly the bad guys in Power Rangers were better written.Since datamining began for BFA, about one year ago, since we had the first hints of Sylvanas going crazy, Blizzard's response has always been "But you're not looking at the full picture ! Wait for it :D", except we've been waiting for one year and the storytelling still stinks of poorly written Twilight fan fiction.
i cant stand the "oh poor jaina did everything wrong and must be forgiven and Sylvanas is pure evil and must be stopped" act they are currently running. I mean
Report the traitors!
so who is going to be next tyrant after slyvanas ? only to lead for an expansion and then gets overthrown.
More than likely Sylvanas planned all this to play on baine's good side, which gets her weapon right where it needs to be. As far as Jaina not caring about Night Elves, she doesn't. She only cares about her own little factions.
Well, Saurfang technically is a traitor to Sylvanas. But Sylvanas has proved she's no longer worth being loyal to. My Horde characters would definitely side with Baine and Saurfang over Sylvanas.
Allied race for the alliance. My theory may be right.
nice, baine finally does something interesting that isn't just whining about honor.thanks sylvanas! with this and presumably getting shiny new updated city designs for both the night elves and the forsaken in the new future, i for one am grateful to the best warchief ever ♥
Smells like a plot. Sylvanas isn't stupid, and Baine isn't THAT naive.
This could be a way to bring back that priest leader...forget his name but in before the storm he is the one that changed Anduin's mind on the forsaken..
I think you are overrating Baine, he is clearly being set up as the St. Anduin copy on the horde.
