They will release datamining content if they think its worth to create a hype, they sure know when the fanbase is about to datamine and start a hype for upcoming content and they sure know whats wanted and what not, theres no coincidences its all on purpose.
Well, this could explain why there's been no Q&As despite there being a patch release. Saving up to discuss 8.3.It'll make sense for Blizz to get ahead of this patch a little. Let people see it a little, so they can focus Blizzcon mostly on the next expansion.Of course, it's equally likely, they just want to make sure they have a stable build of it running smoothly, for people to check out on the Blizzcon floor. In which case we may not get any public access until a month from now.I hope it's option A.

PvP vendors? pogchamp
hmm aren't we on a 2year cycle for xpack? BFA came out in 2018according to google wowhead announced legion in Aug 2015... and the game came out in 2016, so I can't see them doing an xpack announcement this blizzcon as much (some) want to move away from BFA, we still got at least 6 months of it left heh

How long is there typically between the vendor build and the actual dataminable build going up? Wasnt it like two weeks last time?
