Sacrificial Pact - level 54 - Sacrifice your ghoul to deal (75% of Attack power) Shadow damage to 8 nearby enemies and heal for 25% of your maximum health.
Ossuary - level 58 - While you have at least 5 Bone Shield charges, the cost of Death Strike is reduced by 5 Runic Power. Additionally, your maximum Runic Power is increased by 10.

Heart Strike - level 52 - Increases damage done by 20%.
Vampiric Blood - level 56 - Increases all healing and absorbs by 5% and duration by 2 sec.

Frost

Obliterate - level 52 - Increases damage done by 20%.
Empower Rune Weapon - level 56 - Reduces the cooldown by 15 sec.
Killing Machine - level 58 - Your next Obliterate also deals Frost damage.

Unholy

Dark Transformation - level 52 - Dark Transformation grants your ghoul 100% energy.
Scourge Strike - level 56 - Increases damage done by 20%.
Apocalypse - level 58 - Apocalypse generates 2 Runes.

Revel in Pain - level 58 - When Fiery Brand expires on your primary target, you gain a shield that absorbs up damage for 15 sec, based on your damage dealt to them while Fiery Brand was active.

Fel Rush - level 52 - Fel Rush damage increased by 25%.
Metamorphosis - level 54 - When you activate Metamorphosis, the cooldown of Eye Beam and Blade Dance is immediately reset.
Chaos Strike - level 56 - Chaos Strike damage increased by 10%.
Eye Beam - level 58 - When Eye Beam finishes fully channeling, your Haste is increased by an additional 15% for 12 sec.

Vengeance

Infernal Strike - level 52 - Infernal Strike damage increased by 25%.
Fiery Brand - level 54 - The duration of Fiery Brand is increased by 2 sec.
Soul Cleave - level 56 - Soul Cleave damage increased by 10%.

Nature's Swiftness - level 58 - Your next Regrowth, Rebirth, or Entangling Roots is instant, free, castable in all forms, and heals for an additional 100%.

Starfall - level 52 - Casting Starfall extends the duration of active Moonfires and Sunfires by 4 sec.
Starsurge - level 58 - Starsurge further empowers the damage bonus of any active Eclipse.

Feral

Shred - level 54 - While stealthed, Shred generates 1 additional combo point.
Berserk - level 58 - When Berserk grants combo points, it grants 1 additional combo point.

Guardian

Frenzied Regeneration - level 54 - Frenzied Regeneration increases all healing received by 20%.
Berserk - level 58 - Berserk reduces the cooldowns of Mangle, Thrash, Growl, and Frenzied Regeneration by an additional 25%.

Restoration

Innervate - level 52 - If you cast Innervate on somebody else, you gain its effect at 50% effectiveness.
Ironbark - level 56 - Ironbark increases healing from your heal over time effects by 20%.

Mend Pet - level 52 - Mend Pet heals for an additional 15% of your pet's health over its duration.

Improved Traps - level 56 - The cooldown of Tar Trap and Freezing Trap is reduced by 5 sec.
Kill Shot - level 58 - Kill Shot's critical damage is increased by 25%.

Alter Time - level 58 - Alters the fabric of time, returning you to your current location and health when cast a second time, or after 10 seconds. Effect negated by long distance or death.

Fire

Flamestrike - level 52 - Damage increased by 15%.
Pyroblast - level 54 - Deals an additional (18.6% of Spell power) Fire damage over 6 sec.
Combustion - level 56 - Duration increased by 2 sec.

Frost

Blizzard - level 52 - Damage increased by 15%.
Cold Snap - level 54 - Cooldown reduced by 30 sec.
Icy Veins - level 56 - Duration increased by 3 sec.

Shadowlands Abilities Unavailable in the Pre-Patch

Clash - level 54 - You and the target charge each other, meeting halfway then rooting all targets within 6 yards for 4 sec.
Returning ability
Enveloping Breath - level 58 - While active, Yu'lon and Chi'Ji heal up to 6 nearby targets with Enveloping Breath when you cast Enveloping Mist, healing for over 6 sec, and increasing the healing they receive from you by 10%.

Paralysis - level 56 - Reduces the cooldown of Paralysis by 15 sec.

Brewmaster

Touch of Death - level 52 - Touch of Death reduces delayed Stagger damage by 200% of damage dealt.
Zen Meditation - level 56 - Zen Meditation is no longer cancelled by moving.
Invoke Niuzao, the Black Ox - level 58 - Purifying Stagger damage while Niuzao is active increases the damage of Niuzao's next Stomp by 25% of damage purified, split between all enemies.

Mistweaver

Touch of Death - level 52 - Touch of Death increases the Monk's Physical damage by 15% for 10 sec.
Expel Harm - level 54 - Expel Harm can be cast during Soothing Mist, and additionally heals the Soothing Mist target.

Windwalker

Touch of Death - Touch of Death spawns 3 Chi Spheres, granting 1 Chi when you walk through them.
Flying Serpent Kick - Reduces the cooldown of Flying Serpent Kick by 5 sec.
Invoke Xuen, the White Tiger - Xuen strikes your enemies with Empowered Tiger Lightning every 4 sec, dealing 10% of the damage you have dealt to those targets in the last 4 sec.

Concentration Aura - level 52 - Interrupt and Silence effects on party and raid members within 40 yards are 30% shorter.
Returning ability
Sense Undead - level 54 - Shows the location of all nearby undead on the minimap until cancelled. Only one form of tracking can be active at a time.

Numbing Poison - level 54 - Coats your weapons with a Non-Lethal Poison that lasts for 1 hour. Each strike has a 50% chance of poisoning the enemy, clouding their mind and slowing their attack and casting speed by 15% for 10 sec.

Improved Poisons - level 52 - While Stealth is active, your attacks have a 100% chance to apply your active Lethal and Non-Lethal Poisons.
Slice and Dice - level 56 - Slice and Dice increases attack speed by an additional 20%.
Shiv - level 58 - Shiv now also increases your Nature damage done against the target by 20% for 9 sec.
Formerly Toxic Blade effect in BFA

Outlaw

Blade Flurry - level 52 - Blade Flurry now instantly strikes up to nearby 5 targets for (120% of Attack power) Physical damage.
Grappling Hook - level 56 - Cooldown reduced by 15 sec.
Evasion - level 58 - Dodging an attack while Evasion is active will trigger Mastery: Main Gauche.

Subtlety

Shuriken Storm - level 56 - Shuriken Storm critical strikes apply Find Weakness for 6 sec.
Black Powder - level 52 - Finishing move that leaps you into the air, sprays shuriken at up to 8 nearby targets dealing Physical damage.
Black Powder - level 58 - Targets with your Find Weakness suffer an additional 50% damage as Shadow.

Astral Shift - level 54 - Astral Shift lasts an additional 4 sec.

Elemental Fury - level 52 - Elemental Fury now also causes your healing critical strikes to heal for 250% instead of the normal 200%.
Fire Elemental Totem - level 58 - While your Fire Elemental is active, any newly applied Flame Shock lasts 100% longer.

Enhancement

Chain Lightning - level 52 - Each target hit by Chain Lightning reduces the cooldown of Crash Lightning by 1.0 sec.
Windfury Totem - level 58 - Windfury Totem has an additional 10% chance to grant party members an extra swing.

Restoration

Mana Tide Totem - level 52 - Mana Tide Totem's radius is increased by 100%.
Healing Tide Totem - level 58 - Healing Tide Totem lasts an additional 2.0 sec.

Demonology

Call Dreadstalkers - level 54 - Reduces the cast time of Call Dreadstalkers by 0.5 sec, and teaches your Dreadstalkers how to pursue targets faster.
Fel Firebolt - level 56 - Teaches your Wild Imps how to spend 20% less energy when casting Fel Firebolt.
Summon Demonic Tyrant - level 58 - Summoning your Demonic Tyrant instantly generates 5 Soul Shards.

Destruction

Havoc - level 54 - Havoc lasts 2 seconds longer.
Rain of Fire - level 56 - Rain of Fire deals 10% additional damage.
Summon Infernal - level 58 - Your Infernal Awakening deals 100% additional damage on impact.

Challenging Shout - level 54 - Taunts all enemies within 10 yds to attack you for 6 sec.

Who is making these choices? Should have had Pre Patch go live on the 26 instead of a random no notice date, they knew people took off work for this, give them something new and take the time to make SHaodwlands great and pre patch decent.

There is no reason to remove them/ make unattainable. Should have just made them inactive like any other Legendary/set bounce's from the pass. People grinded these out now have been for nothing, especially with the RNG involved which just made it pure luck to get some of them. Just like all teh grinding to get that extra resistance on teh cloak just to have it Thanos'ed out insteada of the red text like any other legandary / set stating inactive. SHould have made Vision a choice to which one to pick, or at lest trhe last few weeks of the expansion.

Should have made Island qued from anywhere after the 1st raid where the Lore made sense

PVP War fronts instead of only PVE

Every other DPS class gets things that help their DPS. (Extended cooldowns, removing time off cooldown, damage buffs). Ele shaman, you can heal better.
