Comment by Raevynwillow512Here's the thing...playing multiple toons is going to be kind of hell first few weeks at least. Once you finish main campain on main, and gone through your torghast, did your dailys, weekly's etc. There's still tons of stuff to do, from farming and gathering mats, other misc achievements, exploring the zones etc.

So then you start a 2nd toon...leveling..torghast...dailys/weekly's...gathering...people wanting 1st legendary week 1...do you know how much that is in materials and crafting? maybe those who have millions of gold, or 100's of 1000's will be able to afford to buy the mats, or can play 15 hours a day to gather and fight against everyone else trying to get those materials

And then even if you have the profession on your toon, you'd have to level that profession up, get the pattern to even craft the slot you want, THEN get the legendary recipe for the one you want...there's no feasible way to get legendary in first 7 days, even before the changes to soul ash

what you talking about is the insane path, I am sure someone would do it, and right now has a notebook with all the notes, has it all mapped out and ready and will do it...but damn..thats…crazy.

Most people will be lucky to get through to 60 on Main week 1, get all zones done/early achieves, do their unlocks, get torghast and weeky/dailys done, let alone starting a 2nd toon or 3rd etc...AND have same progression on them all...this is going to be Alt hell expansion....

currently in BFA you level to 50, dont need to do ANYTHING really, you get neck easy, can buy essences, get cloak, that all can be done in a day. So then in SL...an alt has to 10x the amount of stuff per week...I plan on having 4 main toons 1 for each covenant...and we will see how it goes.

Literally: Dailys/weeklys, torghast, world bosses for gear, covenant quests/events, Getting your soulbinds, getting your professions up, gathering materials, getting your legendary recipies, doing all the dungeons, renown capping....there's no m+ or raiding first week, so first week has slight time advantage..but 2nd and 3rd weeks etc? all of that on...ONE toon. per week...3 or 4 toons? *this is fine*Comment by Fathommgamingi wonder if we go inn multiple times to torghast ? i dont know what if we fail completing it .Comment by Mardux11Really loving this system so farComment by Mardux11Well %^&*, if all the numbers are right up there that means we'll only have 1205 soul ash at maximum the first week. I don't care about all these systems in Shadowlands at all. I will play the campain as far as it's possible without any renown/rep etc. grind, then i will unsub and come back later with a new big content patch etc.
But there will be players who think they need every bit of SoulAsh to get all legendaries on max. lvl and these guys will 'grind' the sh*t out of the mission table and complain, that they must do it. Wait and see! ;)Comment by Buckelfips

And I'm sure once you come back, you'll start complaining because people dont want to carry your freeloading, non-current toon through current content as if its somehow blizzard's fault that you were to lazy to play the game like other people.

The campaign unlocks with renown, which is basically just a better faction rep bar. Surprise, surprise: I managed the first floor but I had hardly the iLevel to beat the final boss on the 6th floor in the 2nd layer. In fact, I got killed every time.
So it's either me or, in general, I would recommend doing some mythic dungeons to get your iLevel to let's say 170. Am I wrong?Comment by arednieThis page desperately needs updating with new numbers and knowledge.
