Forgot to check the level on those, but they are prolly one or two levels below him.

I was questing on my level 12 priest with a 16 hunter when we got jumped by this guy and his two adds (14/15 ghouls). We decided to give him a try and the dude went down surprisingly easy.

Saw this guy at the tower near the bottom right corner of westfall. He was between the bridge to duskwood and the tower.

Lvl 19 Non elite, easy kill for my lvl 20 rogue. Dropped the Ghoulfang 2H-sword, awesome for a lvl 14.

Any idea what the time of spawn is on the dropper? I have killed him twice but I hardly ever see him anymore when im farming. Please advise

Ran into him and his two cronies walking slowly toward the bridge near the tower in SE Westfall. He was not hard to kill. (I was a level 18 mage at the time.)

found him looking for the messenger guy he was in a small graveyard like 3 stones with 2x 15s dropped the ghoul gloves i was 20 priest hes a silver icon rare not elite

He spawns in one of two areas- the tiny graveyard, which is the upper left portion on the thottbot map, or near the tower in which rogues quest, in the lower-right portion of the thottbot map. When he's southeast, he wanders around, rather than staying put.

I tried both locations but got nothing. I think he's gotta be kinda rare cuz, I used to lvl in westfall all the time and never saw him. If someone gets the gloves off him on Argent Dawn CoD "Crowning", would love them for my rogue.

Leprithus spawns once every 2-3 hours in the following spots,"near coffin/tombstones under tree"

Leprithus only spawns when theres Ghouls in the Graveyard in Moonbrook, that happens once every two months same with Vultros. he dropped Ghoul fingers for me, I wanted the sword for my Alt.

i was climbing round the mountains near the tower and i saw three figures go outta site... desided to go look was them killed got Ghoul Fingers then no more then 5 - 10 min later i was over near the mine still looking for copper over by the farm one and under the tree was him again one shot him got the fingers again.... i amy farm him for the sword seems i can get a noob to buy it for a g or 2

i saw him once at the bridge that goes to duskwood, with 2 lvl 15 gouls.he is not elite but a rare boss.dropped me the ghoul fingers.
saw him 1 week later near jangolode mine with my alt.

i was on my way to do the poison quest for rogues when i saw him. he was a little north of the southeastern tower. i did this about a month ago though. he had two guards with him though i think but i killed him easy. i as between lvl 24 and 30 though i dont remember.

I had just entered Westfall and saw him, flanked by two Rotten Ghouls, just south of the road along The Dead Acre. Rare elite 19, the Ghouls were 14 and 15 non-elites. He dropped 55 copper, 3 linen cloth, and, appealingly enough, a Chunk of Flesh and Ghoul Fingers.

I found him by chance at the bridge leading to Duskwood. He was lvl 19 Elite with two 15 elite ghouls. He dropped Ghoul Fingers for me, but I really wanted his Ghoulfang!

Does this mob spawn under certian conditions only? Is he an elite mob?

He only spawns at night i have seen him at around 9 all the way till around 2 AM ( i havent been around there looking for him any later then that) He is non elite and has 2 guards a very easy kill as long as you are ready for it and around lvl 20+. He spawns in the place with his pic (on the road between moonbrook and that other mine) and then walks to duskwood but i doubt he ever makes it

I've veered off course a couple times looking for him, but this evening i finally ran into him just off the road in southern Westfall with 2 ghouls at 10:09pm. He dropped the Ghoul Fingers

He does not spawn on certain conditions, its more of a random spawn since blizzard doesnt promote camping not sure on time though. I found him right before Jangalo Mines (Sp?) in Westfall He was there in a small grave yard, It had 3 tombstones a small fence around it and a single tree. He is a Silver Elite mob, and the other 2 are just regular Undead mobs i scanned 1 lvl 14 and 1 lvl 15. I got lucky on the drop ^_^ nice sword btw gave it to my paly to use hehe.

I took him down too, found him where Raikuken explains. He is elite, his two ghoul attendants are *not* as far as I can remember. They were sufficient to defeat me after I'd taken their master though :P Dropped Ghoul Fingers and Chunk of Flesh.

This guy is a pretty easy guy to get if you really just have to have those gloves. I've seen him most commonly headed from that southeast tower area of Westfall. He and his buddies slowly go over the hill and head towards Duskwood. When I watched him I was too low to take him and a level 60 Warlock joined me to help me take him and his friends down. He stands at the bridge to Duskwood for some time before he finally passes over. I don't know if he actually goes into Duskwood or just disappears after crossing the bridge. There was a time when I didn't know to look for him but when I am grinding in the area down there, I see him fairly regularly. He isn't regularly camped and quickly killed like Vultros.

first post, cool. anyways i got jumped from behind when i finished my lvl 20 rouge quest. got the ghoul fingers and i have to say at lvl 20 he was not very difficult.

hes not elite. silver dragon'd npcs are "rare" spawns. fyi he doesnt spawn in duskwood. whoever noted that (by the map) is wrong.

Found him near the rogue quest tower, killed him pretty easily by sapping one of his minions, then taking out his other and killing them one by one. Got Ghoul Fingers, which is pretty decent

that is where he spawns every night at about 10-11pm.

i say everynight because i killed him every night on gurubashi and on durotan for 2 weeks trying to get that sword.

there is a small stand of trees w/ a fence and coffins popping up out of the ground.

that is the only place i have seen him spawn

As the dots on the Westfall map suggest on the road to Duskwood, I found him and his minions there.

I had been to Westfall on many occasions but did not see this ghoul until I was level 28. At that time, I was able to easily take out all 3 monsters.

The Ghoulfang was dropped. Since I was a druid, I casually gave it to a nearby paladin who could use the 2h sword, thinking I would hunt this ghoul again another time.

I have since been to this spot many times and have never seen this ghoul again. It may be a rare spawn, or server-up spawn (and no more until next server-up), or perhaps I had some unknown trigger and I only get one chance at it. At any rate, having played a paladin in these levels, this is a nice 2h sword for the current level.

Now that I know there are two possible spots for him to spawn, I'll hunt him again whenever I pass through Westfall.

I was on my way to Raven Hill from Sentinel Hill, and I saw three enemies on the road to the bridge. As I neared, I noticed it was Leprithus and his two ghoulguards. Since I was 28 at the time, I killed one ghoul in a single shot, and killed the next one with a crit cleave which also did some damage to Leprithus. Way too easy. Got the Ghoul Fingers, and gave them to my alt to DE.

Killed him on my 31 rogue. I was screwing about in Westfall, and saw him all by his lonesome self. He was wandering near the bridge to Duskwood. He is an obvious NPC, seeing as he's only undead mob in the entire zone of Westfall. He dropped the Ghoulfang for me.

Have yet to see him since Classic came out. He simply does not appear at the northern spawn point at 8,9,10,11 or anytime of night that I can tell. So if anyone has seen him since Classic, I would love to know!

Edit: So a few things:

1. Leprithus is in game and spawns at approximately 8:00 pm server time. This is identical to his original spawn time in Vanilla.

2. When I encountered him today, he spawned at the northern point near Jangolode Mine, however I had camped that spot previously at that time and he never spawned... As such, I suspect that he is spawning at only one spot (either the northern spawn or the southern) each day at that time, which is not how he behaved in Vanilla. Originally, he would spawn in BOTH locations at the same time. While a little weird, it was in the game. It seems that Blizzard have removed this oddity with Classic.

3. He still spawns with 2 Ghouls near him. At the northern spawn, he is stationary (inside the little graveyard) unless aggroed. At the southern spawn, he will roam with his Ghoul buddies until aggroed/killed.

Hope this helps anyone else who might be looking for him like I was!

Managed to catch this guy at 8PM sharp server time in the small graveyard location in North West after waiting there a couple of nights on the bounce. Seems to spawn when the server ticks over into evening-time. Went down without much of a fight and dropped Ghoul Fingers.

Just killed him at both north and south spawns on 03/26/21 so he can still spawn at both locations at the same time.

I can confirm he spawns exactly at 8pm on the minute

I waitet on the first morning from 2am-8am and there was no respawn... after that i give it another try and waitet from 6pm to 8pm and he spawns exactly then soo no 2-3h respawn only one spawn at the day and he spawns for my on the north with 2 goul friends on the tree with the cofins

waited at the northern location first with no luck, went south and found his 2 ghouls trailing behind hi and pulled them separate to be safe since i was level 16, killed the ghouls and they both dropped the rune... didnt have to kill Leprithus at all! i did find them at 8 pm though... 1st time poster, had to add my info for once
