The oil is in these yellow jugs near the blue fires usually surrounded by 2 satyrs

They mostly spawn in Satyrnaar, near the middle sculpture. Most commonly they are found near the pillars or camps. Make sure to clear all the aggros around them, even the invisible ones. Satrynaar is around 26+ so try not too go at too low of a level and risking camp aggro.

you need to be in a group to get the oil otherwise your just racking up a major repair bill. Most are between 28-30 and some have a full heal spell.

I found the jar of oil in an open tent-like structure with a blue-flamed fire in front of it at 81.78 49.35. Of course there are several of those structures but you can investigate with your cursor and when you get a gearwheel, that's obviously it. I don't know if it moves around. Respawn rate is really fast so don't loot anybody until you're on your way out. I went in from the Forest Song side because that was closer to the tent than the main entrance but make sure you kill the adds outside the camp first or you'll be having an unwanted conversation with a bear or several spiders.

Kill the warlocks' pets first, as you probably know and keep your eye out for stealthed hostiles; about every third one near the tents. This tent was guarded by two hostiles right in front of it and naturally you can't pull just one. I tried that the first time and got four. Meanwhile another had respawned right in the middle of my escape route.The second time (after killing the outriders), I went behind the tent (out of aggro range) and killed a few random hostiles that looked like they might join in like the last time. Then I pulled the two at the tent, killed them (only two came this time) and that was it.

Killed yet one more respawn on the way out but the whole thing didn't take that long. No interesting drops but them's the breaks.
