What event triggers this buff? Or is it random?

I've seen this in effect a couple of times, once even on me, but I have no idea where it came from. This is an incredible buff. Anyone know where it comes from or how to get it?

A few times, I've seen Thrall shout about the false warchief falling, and he'll cast Warchief's Blessing on every PC and NPC in Orgrimar and Crossroads.

I think part of being a hordie is enjoying the fringe benefits, including this wonderful buff. But of course due to my extreme bad luck, I am forever leaving on a flight either out of Xroads or Orgrimmar 30 seconds before the Herald of Thrall yells out and everyone else gets their buff.
I'm just wondering if there is some way to predict when the buff is gonna come down so I can stay there and get it. Anyone know if it happens on a regular basis, or any other way to track when it's gonna happen?

So. I've heard 50/50 that this is faction related (half says it is, half says it isn't). Anyone know for sure? I'm UD and I've been *in* xroads and *in* the bank in Org and this thing doesn't land on me. I've been told it's a bug, but I don't wanna go chat up the GM's for something stupid if it's not really a bug. Anyone?

Thrall gives this buff to everyone who is Honored, I believe, with Orgrimmar once someone completes the quest "For the Horde!" which is the last step in the Warlord's Command quest chain.

Hits everyone in Orgrimmar after the Head of Rend Blackhand is turned in.

Thrall yells: Honor your heroes! On this day, they have dealt a great blow against one of our most hated enemies! The false Warchief, Rend Blackhand, has fallen!
Thrall yells: Be bathed in my power! Drink in my might! Battle for the glory of the Horde!

I just turned in the Head of Rend and No one got the buff, i got another quest where i have to talk to Rexxar in desolace

The allience get a similar buff for killing some dragons. So they cant complain about a buff like this. My brother is allience and every now and then he gets a buff exactly the same as this one just a different name.

Was in the middle of The Barrens South of Crossroads. It came out of nowhere

Here's some information that I hope will clear this buff up for you people out there. First, in order to receive this buff you must be Friend;y or beter with Org, not honored as some people have said. So for those of you out there who are undead, you got a little work to do if you want to receive this buff. Second, this buff actualyl goes out when Rend is actually slain, not when his head is turned in. I have done the For the Horde quest, which is turned in to Thrall in Orgrimmar, and I did not receive this buff. All of the NPCs in town had it however, because they got it when my party downed Rend. Finally, i just want to say that the absolute cooles thing I have ever had on my char was Warchief's Blessing, Rallying Cry of the Dragonslayer, and the Spirit of the Zandalar buff you get in BB all at the same time. All 3 of those buffs makes you one badass mofo, no matter what class you are.

hitpoints is your health. the haste in attacks is nice as well. i imagine the mana regen. works great for casters.

Horde exclusive. There is no similar buff or faction-unique style buff available for Alliance.
