I tried to get this item twice, as I wanted to tame the cat after I killed it the first time (not realising taming it also gives the rune, or so I've heard).

I farmed Dire & Elder boars for about 45 minutes with no drop, so I don't think it's possible to get the Pig Meat to drop again if you've already used it once, unless someone else can confirm otherwise. Luckily, it's purchasable from the AH - you can use that to summon Raluk a second time.

EDIT: Seems like if you don't use the rune, you can get the pig meat to drop again (see Nightwalker14's reply)

Tamed Raluk and received the rune (don't have to kill him, taming him also gives the rune), He is a 1.2 attack speed cat

**Hunter Rune, spoilers below**

Take it to 68.64, 71.56, right click. If you don't have coordinates it's the islands east of Sen'Jin village. The island furthest north/east. Up on the flat spot you'll see a carcuss.

You can either tame or kill it for the rune. I abandoned my pig and tamed the cat, so it doesn't do a TON of damage. Clicked the rune and got flanking strike.

On top of all the other info. Here is what I have learned. Don't learn the rune if you want to farm the Durotar Pig Meat again. It won't drop. I see a good AH marketing opportunity here for someone as it can be sold in the AH.

There is 2 pig meat, one horde (Durotar and tames a cat with 1.2 attack speed) and one Allie ( Dun Morogh and you can get a bear). If you want to farm the meat do not learn either rune.

Just to clarify since some ppl question this.

- You can get the meat ONCE (Unique) in your inventory
- If you trade it away to another player, you are able to get another meat
- You can also mail the meat to YOUR Alt and you can get the meat again
- As soon as you obtain the rune (by killing OR taming) you won´t get any meat drops

How to learn Flanking Strike:

1. Kill any boars in Durotar until you loot Durotar Pig Meat.
2. Travel to 69.1 X, 71.5 Y in Durotar.
3. Use Durotar Pig Meat on top of the hill.
4. Tame Raluk.
5. After Tame is complete Rune of Flanking will appear in your bag, learn it.
