Just got this. Seems very similar to the gnomish battle chicken
1) Chicken is level 40.
2) If you swap the trinket out, the chicken disappears.
3) Has an ability that makes it red and attack faster - Chicken Fury. 100% attack speed and 100% attack damage for 10 seconds. Very short cooldown. This buff can be checked by targeting it.
4) You can heal it. You can buff it.
5) Its damage seems bugged as it does 1 damage to mobs (low level, same level, doesn't matter) but when Chicken Fury activates, for the duration, it does the full damage instead (about 50-70 per hit depending on armor)
6) Its attacks can crit.
7) Details doesn't seem record/show its damage.
I tried to list everything I noticed, will keep this updated next reset when I will try it in Gnomeregan.

Update:

8) Logs can read the chicken damage, so you will find it detailed there.
9) The chicken gives (very rarely) a buff called "Battle Squawk". 5% attack speed to the party for 4 minutes.

After a few tests i still haven't got the 5% attack speed buff that the engineering trinket gives. So i assume that this one just enrages the chicken

I can confirm this does have the 4minute duration 5% attack speed buff (Battle Squawk), it also applied to my pet so it should be party wide.
However, I am unsure if it actually stacks with the Gnomeregan worldbuff, from checking with my addon I think it actually does not.

The chicken is a Gnomish Battle Chicken clone. Everything is the same, except its level (40) doesn't scale with engineering skill. It deals 1 damage unless it enrages, then it attacks faster and for about 70 damage per hit. It occasionally uses Battle Squawk that gives the entire group 5% more attack speed for 4 minutes. I assume it won't buff the whole raid, just like Gnomish Battle Chicken.

Did some testing and can say that Domesticated Attack Chicken works like post-nerf version of Gnomish Battle Chicken - after it was changed in TBC-classic.
That means you can not guarantee Battle Squawk proc if you summon chicken after combat started and enemy performed a hostile action towards you.
So we won't see a return of melee groups stacking 5 of these haste buffs.

You can cast Beast Lore on it, it says 0-1 Damage, 1980 armor, 800 health.
