On the Alliance side:

On the North side of Teldrassil there is a Skeleton on the floor where the Harpies are (33,35), You need to click it and then a Summon will occur. Where another player in a group must help summoning like lock ports.

On Horde side:

Enter the Venture Co Mine in Mulgore, travel through the mine entirely on an upward trajectory. You should find an exit to an outdoor area that's a goblin camp. There is a corpse somewhere outdoors that you can interact with. As mentioned for the Alliance side, this starts a summon, so you need a second person with you. Both party members can loot the rune after the summon.

Make sure to have a free bag slot available for the rune. I didn't on my first try and had to wait for the respawn for a second shot.

Tutorial on how to collect

Step 1: Go to the coordinates in Mulgore

Step 2: Enter the Venture Co Cave. Fight your way to the northern exit at coordinates

Step 3: Directly north of the exit, at coordinates you will find an to interact with. of the location.

Step 3a: Unconfirmed reports that you may need a second player to help with the summoning ritual. Will edit with confirmation once I have it.

Might seem obvious but none of the comments mention if the second person also needs to be a Druid. Tried doing it today with a hunter in my group, they can't click the portal or interact with the NPC, had to wait for another Druid to come by.

Should also include that party members MUST be a healer. I'm a warlock trying to help a friend with this process and have been unable to click on the portal. This could be glitch, I'm unsure. But if the fact is that only healers can click on the portal, I'm sure many would appreciate that being included.

You can also get this from Adventurer's Remains in Kolkar Crag in Durotar at /way 48.01, 79.46!
I walked to Durotar to level with my orc friend on my druid, and helped a Shaman summon this spirit for his rune, and was surprised when i also got this one!

Night Elf Druid – Alliance

How to learn Lifebloom:

You will need at least 2 players to acquire this rune.
Travel to north side of Teldrassil and find Adventurer's Remains.
Click the skeleton to start the summoning ritual (looks like warlock's summoning).
Other player should click to the portal to summon Adventurer's Spirit.
As you done loot Rune of Life from the spirit.

There seems to be a rare chance that the spirit that drops the rune may not die after it is summoned and will stay alive. It did die after a few minutes, but did not drop any loot when it did. I had this happen to me and we had to wait ~8 minutes for it to respawn. It worked the fine with the second attempt as the spirit died instantly and was lootable. I'm not sure what triggers that bug. We were a party of all druids doing this in Teldrassil.
