My favorite holiday is Hallows End! And not because its going on now. It is my favorite simply because of the magic broomstick. I play a priest who does not have the instant cast mount like a druid does, and i lovvvvvvve the instant cast mount that comes with the broomstick. I wish it was all year round!
Children's Week. I love watching orphans run as fast as a dragon can fly.
All time favorite WoW Holiday is Winter Veil. I absolutely love Christmas, and since I was a southern born person, who'd never encountered snow, I have to sadly admit that my first 'snowball' fight was on WoW! It was so awesome though. I have really good in-game memories with that holiday. :]
My favourite holiday in wow is, and will always be Hallow's End. The whole world is decorated with pumpkins, ghosts and skeletons and it is time for the burning of the wickerman! And not to mention the Headless Horseman who appear in scarlet monastery! It's just a cozy, world event which brings out candy, masks, pets, mounts and achievements! You can never NOT do anythingIt is superior to several of the other events due to its decorations and hallowed theme which every creature in azeroth joins in on. There is no doubt this event is the most special for me, my memories are many from this wonderful event as I have followed through many years!
My favorite Holiday in all of WoW is Brewfest. This is the time of the year my guild is always festive, and always doing something together, *while drunk of course*. We explored old and new Azeroth with our goggles and brew at hand. Ah, the memories...
Children's Week. I love being a bad example and getting kids in trouble. Too bad it was the same time as my vacation this year and I wasn't able to get the new pets. :(
Hallow's End. Halloween has always been my favorite as a kid and even now as an adult. With 2 kids of my own it makes it that much more special since I get to relive my youth and excitement through them. I still dress up each year and if I could, I'd still go trick or treating. Since I'm "old", parents won't give me any candy... but I can do just that in game by collecting masks and candy! It's fun flying to each candy bucket, exploring the world, getting tricked, and maybe picking up a sweet reward (Sinister Squashling!). Battling the Headless Horseman and trying to stop him from burning down towns rules, not to mention his infectious laugh and catchy rhymes. Oh, I can't forget about tossing stinkbombs at the Alliance! All-in-all, Hallow's End is the greatest and I look forward to it each year. I'm already counting the days till the next one and being able to experience it all with my Pandarian!
Hollows End for the simple reason i can bash a pumpkin on my head to cover up my stupid looking head piece and turn people in to a ninja.
My favorite is Hallow's End. It was the first WoW event I participated in. It was the last event needed for the Violet Proto Drake. But, most of all it has been the bane of my existence since I still haven't gotten the Horseman's Mount despite 100s of kills in the 2009 event before the LFG. So, with all those reasons that is why Hallow's End is my favorite.
Love is in the air.Flowers, Hearts and Love. AND a Big Love Rocket. What do you want more? All you need is love :)
Brewfest is my best holiday, for it is the time when fellow Horde and Alliance members can join together with their respective faction's friends, grab a mug, drink lots of ale, and have a very great time, especially that feeling when you redeem all those tokens for a very bizarre reward.
Hallow's End, definitely! The chance to annoy the opposing faction in a non-violent way is worth the wait. Plus, the Headless Horseman is awesome... Ahune and Coren got nothing on him, he's too charismatic! :)
