With the right gems, this actually can be one of the best pre-raid chest pieces for a healadin. At first comparing it with Breastplate of Many Graces https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=27897 I was disappointed how little +heal it had.

which means, off the shelf going with HWL chest gives:

+29 Armor
-3 Stamina
-4 Intellect
+21 Spell Crit
+22 Resilience
-44 Healing
-11 mp5

BUT HWL has 2 red sockets, and 1 yellow, so with 2x Teardrop Living Ruby (+18 healing each) https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=24029 and 1x Luminous Noble Topaz https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=24060 (+9 heal & +4 Int), you now get with HWL chest:

+29 Armor
-3 Stamina
+25 Spell Crit (21 +4 because of socket bonus)
+22 Resilience
+1 Healing
-11 mp5

So at that point, these become extremely comparable, where you're looking at a difference between 25 spell crit vs. 11 mp5. If you want to sacrifice a bit of +heal to get some mp5 on the HWL tho, there is also Royal Nightseye https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=24057 (+9 heal and 2 mp5) which will fit in the red slots.

Bottomline is if you're having really bad luck in Shadow Lab, or simply don't want to bother, this is an excellent (though much more expensive because of gem costs) alternative.
